OUR GUARANTEE
Because it is so important to us that you
are delighted with all our products and services, we want to make you a
very special guarantee. If there is any reason why you are not completely
satisfied with any item you order from us, you can simply return it to us
within 14 days from receipt in a unused condition. If you receive the
relevant Product from Us before or after notifying Us of your wish to
cancel the Contract, you can simply return it to Us within [7] days from
receipt in unused condition. If after purchase, any Products fails to
give reasonable wear - due to either defective workmanship or materials
we will undertake to try and replace, repair or credit all or part of the
purchase price to your account. This guarantee is in addition to and does
not affect your statutory rights.
RETURNING GOODS
Returning Products is easy. Every delivery
comes with an advice note listing the contents. Simply tick the items you
are returning and choose the most appropriate 'reason' code on the back
of the advice note and then enter this code alongside the Product You are
returning. This will help us improve the quality of our service in the
future. Please remember to enclose the advice note in the parcel you are
returning. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Unfortunately, we do not refund postage and packaging if an item is
returned.
RETURNING GOODS VIA THE POST OFFICE
IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER - If You are returning Products paid for on your
credit or debit card , We will make a credit adjustment be sending you a
personal cheque by post. and please, please remember if you can't produce
a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when a returned parcel goes
missing, we will not be able to make a refund.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other
intellectual property rights in all material or content appearing on this
Website shall remain at all time vested in Us or our licensors.
SPECIAL DELIVERY
This special service can have your order to the door within 24
hours of acceptance and costs only £ per order. The following
restrictions, which may vary from time to time, apply to Express
Delivery:
+ Only available Monday to Friday, excluding Bank holidays.
+ Orders must be placed by 12.00hrs day 0 in order to be delivered on day
2.
+ Not available on first orders.
+ Not available in certain geographical locations, including the Scottish
Highlands, the Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight and
Northern Ireland.
*Products ordered on Friday, Saturday or Sunday or a Bank holiday weekend
will not be delivered at the earliest until the Tuesday, of the following
week.
STANDARD DELIVERY
Orders for Products in stock will usually arrive within 3-5 days (from
acceptance of order) in the UK and within 14 days worldwide. Parcels will
be delivered by the Post Office.
While We will endeavor to deliver Products to you as soon as possible We
shall not be liable for any failure to make delivery within the time
estimate stated above.
